Joni has over 39 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently holding the position of Senior Account Executive at RISE Partners, managing large commercial clients. Prior to her current role, Joni served as the Director of Operations and Marketing when RISE Partners was formed in 2021.

Before joining RISE Partners, Joni was the Commercial Marketing and Department Manager at Van Zandt, Emrich, and Cary (which was later purchased by AssuredPartners) for over 20 years, where she also served on the Board of Directors.

Joni’s passion for helping others, combined with her analytical and marketing skills, makes her well-suited for the insurance industry. She’s developed long-term relationships with insurance professionals throughout her career and is well-respected by her peers.

A graduate of Indiana University, Joni also earned the educational designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor, Accredited Advisor of Insurance, and Accredited Customer Service Representative. Joni enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, their daughter, son-in-law, and 3 wonderful granddaughters.
