Leah began her insurance career as a Commercial Lines Service Intern while attending college. After graduating, she accepted a full-time Account Manager position and later advanced to become an Account Executive focused on large accounts. She went on to lead a Commercial Lines team before serving as the Property and Casualty Operations Leader over both the Commercial and Personal Lines departments at a top-five insurance broker.

Leah earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Louisville. She holds the Certified Workers’ Compensation Counselor designation and the Real Estate Certified Insurance Professional designation. In 2026, she received the Cissy Musselman Women’s Leadership Award from the Women Leaders in Insurance organization.

Personal Details and Interests

Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Leah and her husband are both graduates of the University of Louisville and are avid Cardinals fans. They attend every home football game and travel to at least one away game each year.

The family also enjoys traveling to new places and has visited several college stadiums across the country. When they are not cheering on the Cardinals, Leah stays busy supporting her children’s activities, including baseball, basketball, gymnastics, softball, and wee-ball.
