I am the Founder and CEO of RISE Partners, where I focus on building a relationship-driven insurance agency that serves individuals, families, and businesses with integrity and expertise. With more than 30 years in the insurance industry, my passion is helping clients protect what matters most while developing a team culture centered on service, trust, and growth. I believe when you truly care about people and serve them well, great business naturally follows.

My career in insurance began working alongside my father in the family agency, where I learned early that this business is ultimately about relationships and protecting people’s livelihoods. Over the years, I had the opportunity to lead and help grow one of Kentucky’s oldest independent agencies before it merged with a national firm. That experience helped shape my leadership philosophy and passion for building strong teams that prioritize clients first.

In 2021, I founded RISE Partners with a vision to build a modern independent agency grounded in integrity, service, and long-term relationships. Today our team works with individuals and businesses across the country, providing insurance and risk management solutions designed to bring clarity, confidence, and protection to our clients.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family and investing in relationships that matter most. Fitness and my faith is an important foundation in my life and influences how I lead, serve others, and approach both business and personal growth. I love supporting University Louisville Football and Basketball with family and friends.

I also enjoy mentoring others, encouraging entrepreneurs and professionals in their personal and leadership development, and finding ways to bring humor and fun into everyday life.
