I lead the Personal Lines Department, focusing on delivering tailored coverage solutions, operational excellence, and exceptional client service. My work helps protect clients’ everyday assets while driving growth, consistency, and trust across the organization. 

With six years of experience in the insurance industry, I have built a strong background in personal lines leadership, client advocacy, and operational management. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on progressive roles that strengthened my expertise in risk assessment, team leadership, and process improvement, leading to measurable growth and retention. This foundation, combined with my passion for elevating client experience and collaborating with forward-thinking professionals, naturally led me to join RISE Partners, where I continue to drive impactful results for both clients and the organization. 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, following college football and basketball, spending time with friends, and exploring new restaurants. A unique personal highlight is that I am a twin and have been recognized for performing a life-saving rescue after assisting a man from a flipped vehicle.
